Payouts may be delayed for a number of reasons. Example, if the campaign has been extended, the payout date will be pushed back. Payouts are also processed manually by our finance team and we always try our best to fulfill the payout deadline stated in the app.
If there is a delay in payout, we will push notifications and update the app accordingly, please ensure you allow notifications for our app.
You can write in to us at info@partipost.com if your payout is due but you have not received it after checking it on the app.
