Firstly, always browse through all the tasks and steps within the campaign to check if you've missed anything out. If you're stuck on a step or a task in a campaign, check what the different tasks statuses are for your submission. Here's what you can do for the campaign, corresponding to each task status:
- Not Done: Start creating content for the task or begin the task from Step 1.
- Pending: Wait for your content to be approved by Partipost or the brand managing the campaign. Alternatively, you can double check if your content was submitted according to the instructions stated, and cancel the submission if it wasn't.
- Edits Requested: Edit your content according to the comments provided by the brand within the steps in the task. When you're ready, reupload the submission accordingly.
- Action Required: You can now proceed to complete the latest step in the current task.
- Completed: You have completed all the steps within this task. Hooray! There's nothing else to do now but wait for your payout to be processed, but do a final check to see if there are other outstanding tasks in the campaign.
