Any submission that's still in the Pending status can be cancelled. This means that the content you've submitted for that campaign task will be revoked from the campaign's approval queue. You cannot cancel any submissions that have already been reviewed by Partipost or the brands managing the campaign.
Follow the steps below to cancel Pending submissions:
- Go to the Partiposts tab in the Partipost app.
- Scroll to a campaign that's currently still In Progress with a task in Pending status.
- Tap on View Tasks.
- In the list of tasks, tap on Cancel submission.
- Confirm your action in the slide-up that appears.
Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose all the content within your submission. You will have to reupload them and submit for the step again.
Be mindful that the step schedule allows for enough time to reupload your content again. It's best to have everything ready before cancelling your submission.
